Tshepho is currently a 3rd year undergraduate Public Administration student at the University of Botswana. Prior to this, she was a 2006 UNICEF Fellow in Gaborone, where she was orientated on tolerance and inter-cultural operation. Mmabaledi also has a first-hand experience in leadership position. Her leadership skills traces back to junior school days where she chaired pastoral disciplinary committee. On her indomitable passion for learning new philosophies from other cultures, she participated in the X-Culture project with over 3000 students from other universities. She emerged as one of the Top 50 best students. Mmabaledi strives not to only complete her Bachelor’s Degree, but aims to attain a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.
On a personal note, Tshepho takes pride in her tremendous culinary arts, and enjoys playing badminton and listening to Christian Gospel music.
