Leighton Wilks is a Senior Instructor in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. He teaches courses on negotiation, cross-cultural management, organizational behaviour, and runs a yearly short-term study abroad program to Japan. Leighton has a significant consulting background in diverse areas including real estate development, strategic planning, and cross-cultural training, while his research interests include corporate social responsibility, ethics, and the study of teaching and learning (SoTL). Leighton has received several awards for his contributions to education, and is a member of the Teaching Hall of Fame at the University of Calgary.
