My name is Amy Ridgway and I am an M.B.A. candidate at Florida Gulf Coast University in the United States. I recently graduated from FGCU this May with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. I greatly enjoy creating solutions for difficult business problems, and hope to use this experience to further my career opportunities.
I am excited to attend the X-Culture symposium and I hope to use the experience to help a myriad of professors institute an International Business major here at FGCU. We are a small school, but generate top quality students, and I feel focusing on globalization is important for our University to remain competitive. Since business interactions are becoming increasingly international, working with international teams is a necessity for every business student. I am very excited for this experience.
