My name is Radosław Kacprzak; I am a student at Higher School of Banking in Gdansk, Poland.
Currently in my second year of Management studies with an Enterprise specialization, I am also working as a Chief Concierge & Guest Relations Officer in one of the most recognized establishements in Poland belonging to one of the biggest hospitality groups in the world.
Multitasking and working under time pressure are part of my day to day operations. However I always strive to anticipate and exceed our guests expectations “wowing” them whenever it is possible.
I always enjoy taking responsability, leading others by example and coordinate various tasks and projects in order to succeed as a team.
In my private life I am a yachtsman, motorboat helmsman and second level lifeguard. I am an opened person, who likes changes, meeting new people and seeing new places.
Convinced that success can only be achieved through synergy and team spirit, networking is to me one of the keys to great achievements in todays challenging work environment.
The cost of the whole symposium with transporation, comparing to my earnings, is much overy my budget therefore my intention letter is dedicated to the scholarship founders. Thanks to the funds raising I will be able to take opportunity and be able to get to the syposium.
