My name is Karina Sirayeva. I am 23 years old. I am from Kazakhstan, developing country in Central Asia. This summer I graduated KIMEP University with double major in accounting and finance. Currently I am looking for a job. During my studies I showed high performance and as the result was selected to participate in exchange program. In Fall2014 I studied in Singapore Management University. During my last semester I participated in X-Culture and our report was listed in a Top 5 for Pantofola D’Oro’s case. KIMEP professors describe me as a bright student, who is able to think out-of-the-box, learns material quickly and effectively, capable of working collectively as well as on her own.
I have strength and desire to improve my knowledge to benefit the people. The huge distance between Kazakhstan and USA and difficult financial situation in my country, makes my participation in Symposium complicated.
Karina is one of the Top 50 students who will be attending the X-Culture Symposium in Savannah, GA in November. We invite you to help Karina to raise funds for her trip, either by making a targeted donation for a particular trip expense category, or donating any amount of your choosing.
