Abebe Gasparini is currently pursuing a master’s degree in politics and societies of East Asia at the University of Tübingen, Germany. Abebe has been participating in X-Culture Project since August 2019. First as a member of a global virtual team (GVT), then as a coach and a recipient of the competitive X-Culture administrative assistantship stipend, and now as a senior coach. Abebe also worked for the Shanghai-based consulting company Daxue Consulting and was an athlete of the Italian national team. In his spare time, Abebe enjoys photography, reading books and sightseeing.

Annette is an ambitious graduate who holds two MBA degrees – in Finance and Strategic Management respectively. She is Passionate with International Business Consultancy. Her joy is in adding value to the X-Culture program with a belief that life has no limitations except the ones you make.

Atiya has completed her post graduation majoring into Information technology. She enrolled with X-Culture during her academics. Atiya is now working as a Software Engineer with an organization and is also a lecturer.

Blerta Berisha was born and grew up in Kosovo. She holds a dual EMBA degree from two universities in the USA and Switzerland as well an MSc in International Finance Economics and Accounting from the University of Macerata, Italy. During the time of the study, she was an Ambassador and Tutor Senior at the University of Macerata. Twice Blerta attended the summer school at the University of Oxford, UK and University of Trinity, USA, as an international student. Blerta was a member of the X-Culture winning team in 2017, then served as a team coach, head coach, ambassador for the X-Culture Global Symposium 2018 in Macerata, and a researcher for the X-Culture handbook. Blerta loves traveling and teaching and speaks English, Italian, and German.

Federica Pala is a graduate student from the Florida Institute of Technology pursuing a double major in Accounting & Financial Financial Forensics and an MBA focusing on International Business. Federica participated in X-Culture in 2018, and her team won the Best Report Award. She attended the X-Culture global symposium in Calgary, Canada. This is her first time as a Senior Coach. Her favorite aspect of X-Culture is the possibility to connect with people with different backgrounds and learn from each other.

Jaron Chiu is currently on his last year as a High school student in Malaysia. He is expected to graduate in early of 2021. He participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team during the second semester of 2019. Jaron Chiu participated as a coach in 1 semester and is currently participating as a senior coach. He attended the X-Culture Global Virtual Symposium in mid 2020. Besides being a high school student he is a volunteer first aider with St.John Ambulance of Malaysia.

Jonathan is an International Business graduate pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in political science at Florida Atlantic University in the USA. His global-virtual team placed Top 0.1% overall in 2019. Jonathan strives to be an agent of change and loves connecting with colleagues around the world.

Jorge N. Zeidan is currently a student at the University of Western Australia, studying a bachelor of Biomedical Science. Jorge participated in X-Culture as a coach recently and now he is a first time senior coach. Jorge love connecting with people of all ages and cultures. He has experience in coaching, event planning, and community facilitator. Jorge hopes to expand his skills and knowledge further during his work as a Senior Coach.

Layonne Maspero is currently a high school student in South Africa, and will be graduating in 2021/2022. Layonne first participated in X-culture at the beginning of 2019 as a student. She is currently completing her second semester as a Senior Coach and is really looking forward to growing her knowledge and skills even more.

Mariam Liparteliani is currently a senior coach. She initially participated in X-Culture in the beginning of 2019, being a member of the Global Virtual Team.She was invited to the symposium and business week in Calgary,Canada.Mariam is a high school student, graduating in 2022. She is going to major in International Business. Mariam enjoys connecting with people from all around the globe, who have their own traditions, ideas and culture. Interaction with different cultures has always been part of her life, as she was born and raised in Russia for 7 years, and now lives in her native land Georgia-which is famous for its multicultural society and hospitality.She is extremely motivated and inspired to work in the business realm, because she has already gained valuable knowledge in this area, just at the age of 17. She is fluent in English, Russian and Georgian.

Sarmad is hardworking, detail oriented fresh graduate from IBA. He holds a double major in Accounting & Finance. He plans on growing in the investment profession and has cleared level 1 of the prestigious CFA program.

Tubinisso has a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Modena. Originally from Kyrgyzstan, she is living and studying in Italy. During her academic years, she won various international mobility scholarships and had the opportunity to study and travel in Austria and China. She participated on a global virtual team in 2016. Tubinisso was also an ambassador at the X-Culture Global Business Week in Macerata, 2018 and a coach in the Spring-Summer of 2019.

Alejandra Dugarte is currently an undergraduate student attending La Sabana University in Colombia, with an anticipated graduation date of January 2021. Alejandra participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2017 and attended the Global Symposium 2017 in Miami. Also, she’s the founder of Plastic Free Colombia. With that startup she focuses on raising awareness about the effect of our over consumption of plastic on our health and our environment through workshops, consultations and selling eco-friendly products.

Ayimun is currently a Masters Student attending the University of Bahauddin Zakariya,Pakistan. Ayimun done her graduation in Business Studies(Accoumting,Finance,Marketing,Management,HRM) in 2020. Ayimun participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team as a student in 2018 where her team was awarded as a best team and her team achieved highest scores after that she participated in X-Culture as a Coach. Ayimun enjoys to connecting with different people with different Cultures of all around the World and now she is Senior Coach. Ayimun sharing her personal knowledge and experience and enjoying X-Culture Platform.Ayimun wants to expand her international network and she wants to gain her knowledge and experience more and want to build her in a professional manner.

Fahim Faisal Raunaq is currently a student of Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology in Bangladesh pursuing his B.S. in Industrial & Production Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of 2022. Raunaq participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2019. Currently, he is enrolled as a Senior coach for X-Culture. Raunaq enjoys that X-Culture allows students to obtain real business experience and increases cultural awareness. He has gained great amounts of experience from his X-culture experience. He is looking forward to growing his knowledge and to implement the knowledge as a consultant in both Business & Engineering. He has won multiple National and International (Engineering, Academics & Extracurricular) competitions.

John Abbam Nyarko is currently an MBA student attending the Indian Institute of Management Learning (IIML)with an anticipated graduation date of June,2021. John participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in August, 2019. He later became a Coach during the 2020-1 session where he worked with other coaches to design an Infographic material on Research Development Analysis. During his coaching period,John was a Member of the X-Culture 2020-1 Best Reports Award Review Committee. John is a Researcher, a Columnist and an Author of three books. During his leisure time, he reads and watches series.

Jorge is an ambitious student at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. He participated as X-culture student in 2019 and this year had the opportunity to apply for the position of Coach and he enjoys this project and he plans to graduate in 2022 with a B.S Financial Management.

Juan Sebastián Manrique Micolta is an enterprising Senior Coach and Marketing Professional from EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia. Participated in an X-Culture GVT in 2018-2 where he received recognition for best project, returned in 2020 to be Coach and Senior Coach, helped with the X-Culture Academy project, selection of the winning teams and was nominated for best Coach. Currently Marketing Manager for the YTEL project, bringing language education to low-income children to improve their opportunities. He prefers to be called Juanse and is always willing.

María Casilimas is currently a Management & Service student attending La Sabana University in Colombia, with an anticipated graduation date of 2021. María participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2018 and was a coach in 2019. This is María’s first time as a Senior coach for X-Culture. She has gained a lot of experience from X-Culture and has learned about many cultures from her fellow teammates. Maria’s favorite part of being a coach is getting the opportunity to share her knowledge and learn from others.

Piyush Shelke has completed his Masters from Indian Institute of Management Raipur, India (PGP, MBA) (2016-2018) and currently working as ‘Client Services – Client Partner’ with a B2B Market Intelligence and Consulting services company, since December 2018. Piyush participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2018. Piyush has been twice the ‘Winner’ and member of the ‘Best Team’ at X-Culture Global Symposium 2018, Macerata, Italy and X-Culture Global Symposium 2019 & the Academy of International Business Southeast USA annual conference, San Antonio, TX, USA. He has successfully completed the International Business Challenge at X-Culture Global Business Week Conference & Symposium 2019, Calgary, Canada. He has been a Coach, Head Coach twice & Admin Assistant with X-Culture (2019, 2020) and currently is a Senior Coach with X-Culture. Piyush is interested in International Business and Consulting. He shares his experience that X-Culture gives unique opportunity to work on international business/management consulting challenges with teams & team members from different countries and varied challenge companies/organizations. He is looking forward to further global, international, experiences.

Salma Ashraf is currently a high school student in Egypt. Salma participated in X-culture on a global-virtual team as a student in the Second semester of 2019. She became Senior coach for the first time in 2020. She has gained great amounts of knowledge and skills from her X-culture experience and She is looking forward to grow her knowledge and Learn more skills. She enjoys volunteering to help her Country and learning programming. She wants to have her own company in the future .

Yousef Kamel is a rising senior from Egypt. As a STEM School student, the decision to get into business was fairly tough as he thought he would be a one and only in a large pool that doesn’t satisfy his interests. X-culture had an effective role assuring the decision. Now, he is the Founder and Co-chairman of (Advancit), the first business club for High School students in Egypt, which he launched with his colleague after participation in X-Culture. This club had an unexpected demand from all STEM Schools around Egypt. This bold step was the beginning of his journey. In addition, he is the STEM Model UN Secretary. Yousef is now striving to study business at the top business colleges in the US.

Anastasia Purgina is currently a student attending the Tyumen state University in Russia with an anticipated graduation date of 2022. Anastasia participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1b. She is a first-time Coach. Each person is unique, especially if this person is from a different point of the world, being a coach and helping them is unique, which in turn helps them to better understand people, sympathize, empathize and wonder how different we are, but at the same time how similar we are – this is what attracts Anastasia in this project.

Anna-kay is currently an intelligent ,determined, respecful, patient and a team-oriented undergraduate student , studying two Bachelors of Science Degrees in both Management Studies and Psychology at the University of the West Indies, Mona, in her forth and last year. Anna-kay excitely awaits her graduation in November of 2021. During her studies in Sixth Form,she had succesfully mentored students much older than her in Mathematics and English Literature and has tremendously done well. She participated in the X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2019 and now to the coaching program. Anna-kay enjoys the X-Culture because it allows her to gain experience, connect with individuals from all over the world, knowing how to handle different challenges that arise as well as sharing experiences has learnt to the participating through mentoring, advicing and guiding them.

Beatrice Santini is currently a student attending UCSC of Brescia in Italy with an anticipation graduation date in October 2020. In October she is starting her career as a Master student in UCSC of Cremona in Italy. Beatrice participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in the early track of 2020 and she gained the Final 8 Presentation for Teams and is new to the Coaching Program. What she likes the most about X-Culture is the chance to establish personal and professional connections all over the world.

Elfreda Larkai is currently a student attending Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology studying international business with an anticipated graduation date of 2021. Elizabeth participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2018-2b. She is a first-time Coach. Elizabeth attended the X-Culture Anniversary Global Virtual Symposium. Elizabeth is passionate about mentoring youths and developing sustainability of communities through agribusiness.

Emmanuel Aniagyei is currently a business consultant who holds MBA in Strategic Managent ad Consulting. A Ghanaian by birth with a wide range of experiences in business strategies. Emmanuel is a team player with a unifier spirit. He believes in “We can do spirit” and a multi tasking player. A purpose driven person with humble spirit. He joined X-culture couple of years ago as a student. Luckily, he led a team to tackle a project which became one of the successful projects.

Ganesh Sharma is currently a business consultant trainee at CK Birla Group, Ganesh participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team as a student in Sep 2019. He has 2 years of experience working in the IT sector & his background in Management represents a unique combination of disciplines. He loves to write articles on the latest technology, stay calm when faced with adversity & concentrated on making quality decisions.

Haley Endsley is currently a student attending Northwest Missouri State University in the United States with an anticipated graduation date of 2022. Haley participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020. Haley appreciates how X-Culture allows student to get global practice with actual businesses before they graduate university.

Hira Suman recently graduated with a BS in Accounting & Finance from the Institute of Business Administration in Pakistan. Hira participated in X-Culture during Spring 2020 and strategized global expansion for Onemoreday, an Italian app. One of the highest ranked X-Culture participants, this is Hira’s first time as a Coach. Enthusiastic about SDGs, Hira is a social consulting and impact investment professional. She also has a leadership role in the United Nations Association of Pakistan.

Irina Djurovic is an undergraduate student in Business Administration- Leadership and Social Responsibility at Florida Institute of Technology, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2020. Irina participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in Fall 2019. During the participation, she developed love towards international business and the X-culture community. This will be Irina’s first-time coaching, and she is looking forward to gaining more experience and knowledge.

James Papa Aidoo is currently a student reading BSC Human Resource Management and third year at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I participated in X-culture on a global virtual team in 2020. This project enticed me and wanted to learn more so I applied for the coaching program too.

Jhanvee is an amiable science student at Gaetan Raynal Sate College. She participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1. Since X-Culture is a good program for her to learn about people and business around the world, she decided to participate again as a coach. She is helpful and likes to work in teams with others to gain better experience in business and also to learn about the cultures around the world. As she is very friendly and also a linguistic person, she would love to make a lot of good friends worldwide.

Julia is currently a high school student who will graduate in 2021. She participated in 2020-1b in the X-Culture Academy and has already found her own venture. There she earned experience about business strategy and how to operate in the business environment.

Lisseth holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business at Massey University in New Zealand, a bachelor’s degree in Informatics and Systems Engineer in Perú and language studies in Brazil. She has participated in X-Culture in 2019 as a team leader, and now as a Coach. Lisseth enjoys learning about other cultures and exchanging experiences. She has lived in three countries working alongside international professionals, leading, and supporting projects; speaking and translating Spanish, Portuguese, and English. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge and hopes to grow her professional experience leading international projects and teams.

Marie Ndecke is currently a student attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the United States with an anticipated graduation date of 2021. Marie participated in X-Culture on a global -virtual team project in January 2020. She recently attended the X-culture Global Symposium Held online due to Covid-19, and she is new to coaching program starting August 2020. The global program to unite students from all over the world in order to work on a virtual project which combines ideas and research. Despites cultural and times zones differences. Marie enjoys X-culture cultural mix for the fact that she has multiple cultural backgrounds from being born abroad and being a bilingual. She has gained tremendous amounts of experience and looking forward to grow more her knowledge here at X-Culture.

Megan Tugwete currently attends Westville Girls High School and graduates in 2023. Megan took part in X-Culture early 2020. After making it to the top 5% of the competition, she’s ready to share her experiences, mentor and help teams achieve the best results possible despite being one of the youngest.

Milica Brakoc is currently a Bachelor’s Degree student in Business Administration and Management attending University of Trieste in Italy. She is also a Marketing and Business Development Specialist for an international company. Her journey with X-Culture started with a participation in a Global Virtual Team in 2019-1b, where she had a role of a Team Leader. Later on, she attended the Global Symposium in Calgary, Canada. Milica is new to the Coaching and Administrative Assistant program. During her university years, she was a Team Leader for OGV at AIESEC Italia. Moreover, she enjoys meeting new people of all ages and cultures and sharing her knowledge and experience. In the near future, she would like to enroll in the Master’s degree with a specialization in Banking and Finance.

Patricia Popa is a High School senior in Moldova, who will graduate in the spring of 2021. Patricia participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in the second semester of 2019. This is her second time as a coach and she hopes she can help students enjoy their experience in X-Culture and see potential challenges as opportunities to learn.

Juliet is a young talented lady ready to receive proper grooming and learn new skills to become the woman she aspires to be. She is a student currently attending Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana and an expected graduation in 2021. Juliet participated in X-Culture in 2021 and due to her high achieved scores amongst her colleagues she was nominated to be an X-Culture coach and new to the coaching program. She is ready and willing to support the the major objective of X-Culture coaching and help unite all the students from across the world participating in the program. Juliet also enjoyed all the tasks that was involved in X-Culture and she is ready to let others know about how it can be helpful to those who joins the course. She is currently studying International Business and X-Culture has being of greater help in her studies by getting to know different cultures and their diversities and still hopes to learn more by being a coach to others.

Regina Aguado is currently a Management and International Business student attending Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico, seeking to graduate in 2023. Regina participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020 and enjoyed the experience so much that she decided to become a coach in the same year. She thinks X-Culture is an incredible project to gain new skills, interact with different cultures, and have experiences that will bring her personal growth.

Saleena Yaseen is a Business Management graduate from Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. Saleena first participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in fall of 2018. This is Saleena’s first time as a coach. Saleena enjoys being outdoors, loves listening to music and meeting new people.

Tejas is a student at Podar ORT International school in Mumbai, India, with a graduation in 2024. He took part in X-Culture 2018-2b. He looks to work in the field of quantum technology in the future. He is a coach with X-Culture and looks to guide students.

Tshepiso Kathryn Balebetse is an undergraduate student at the University of Botswana, in Botswana, with an anticipated graduation date of 2020. Tshepiso participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in 2019. She recently attended the 10-Year Anniversary Global Virtual Symposium in 2020 and is new to the coaching program. Tshepiso fully appreciates the work that X-Culture has put in developing skills and enriching the minds of students globally through the practical experience of providing real solutions for real businesses.

Yukta Kandhari is currently an undergraduate studying computer sciences and business systems from India. Yukta participated in X-Culture in 2019 and she is new to the coaching program. Yukta has gained great amount of experience from X-Culture and she hopes to expand her international network and learn, grow, execute and impact.

Agnes is an Administrative Officer with the CSIR-Building and Road Research Institute. I have been in business since I had my undergraduate degree and hope to advance it. I participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team during my MBA in 2014. I decided to become a coach to develop ideas related to international business. I believe X-Culture is also the platform to nurture me and provide me a real understanding of different cultural representations of people.

Ania Ng is currently a high school student attending Immaculate Conception Academy, in the Philippines, with an anticipated graduation date of March 2023. Ania participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in 2019-1b. This semester is her second time to be a coach. During her years in high school, she has been in the secretary position twice. Ania enjoys being able to learn more in the context of business. Ania hopes to expand her knowledge and international network in the near future.

Aroosa khan, from Pakistan, currently working as Credit Officer at prestigious financial organization, Bank Al Habib Limited & also serving as WomenTech Global Ambassador .Major highlights are: BBA (Hons.) from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur; MS (Business Administration) from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan; Associate of IBP (AIBP) from The Institute of Banking Pakistan; Research Papers published in reputed research Journals . Aroosa has participated various times in X-Culture Global Collaboration Courses.

Camila Baron is currently a student attending the Univeristy of Campinas in Brazil, with a graduation date of 2021. Camila participated in X-Culture for the first time in 20201-B late students because of brazillian calendar. She recently has been accepted in the X-Culture Coaching Program. Camila wants to collaborate and provide full support for success of the students. Camila hopes to expand her global contacts once she workd with international trade and improve even more her English and communication skills.

Charlsie Lackey is an Accelerated Master’s Student at the University of Alabama in the United States. She will be graduating in December 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a specialization in International Business and a minor in Art History and a master’s degree in Marketing Management. Charlsie participated in the X-Culture program in the fall of 2019, and this is her first semester being a coach for the X-Culture program. She plans to return to school for a degree in English Literature.

Chenxi Ye is currently an undergraduate attending the Assumption University, Thailand, with an anticipated graduation date of October 2020. Chenxi participated in X-culture on a global-virtual team in March 2020. She has a great amount of experience in working and leading a cross-cultural team in various projects. This will be her first time coach. She is looking forward to grow her knowledge and share her experience to more people.

Dhruv Pratap Singh is currently a Masters student attending the NEOMA Business School, France, with an anticipated graduation date of March 2021. Dhruv participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1, where his team was awarded a Best Team accolade. During his undergraduate years, Dhruv has led over 7 teams of 79 volunteers in various projects ranging from academic projects with industry partners to large-scale student-initiated events in student organizations. Dhruv enjoys connecting with people of all ages and cultures and sharing his knowledge and experience. In the near term, Dhruv hopes to expand his international network and lead international teams in global projects.

Drishti Narang is currently a student in India, with an anticipated graduation date of 2023. Drishti participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2019-2b. This is her first time as a coach. She was invited to X-Culture global symposium at Singapore. She believes in the saying “You are a true success when you help others be successful.”

Elizabeth Romero is currently a high school student in Mexico with an anticipated graduation date of 2024. Eliza participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020.

Emily graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 2019 with a degree in Global Management and Finance. She first competed in X-Culture in the fall of 2018, and was invited to attend the Global Symposium in Calgary, Canada during the summer of 2019. After a year focusing on working, Emily is estatic to be back in the X-Culture community. It is truly an honor to work with so many talented individuals and to gain real-world international business experience.

Esther Rose Joy Angel Ruban is currently a student attending Morning Glory International School, in Ivory Coast, with an anticipated high school graduation date of June 2024. Esther participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1b. She love the people she’s met over the months in X-Culture, and she’s made loads of friends. Esther attended the Virtual global symposium June 2020, the X-Culture team put an amazing live symposium together for us (since Covid happened) and that made her have a lot of fun.

Hilda Antonia Nique is a Magna cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management at Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines. She participated in the X-culture program as part of a course requirement when she was in Indonesia as an International Exchange Student. She has previously worked as an Executive Assistant in the private sector and is currently working as an Extension Specialist in the most prestigious university in the Philippines. Hilda is currently a part of the X-culture Coaching Program to enhance her leadership skills and international business knowledge. She enjoys meeting and working with new people from diverse cultures and learning from them.

Ioana Diana Buzgău is currently a student attending the University of Trieste in Italy, with an anticipated graduation year of 2021. Ioana participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020. She is looking forward to connecting with new people of all ages and cultures while growing her knowledge.

Jason Chang is currently an MBA student attending the Yuan-Ze University, Taiwan, with an anticipated graduation date of July 2021. Jason participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-2a and is new to the coaching program. Jason has led over 20 teams in various projects ranging from academic projects with industry partners to large-scale student-initiated events in student organizations. Jason enjoys connecting with people of all cultures and is passionate about research in global business and strategy.

Jonas Narh is currently a Global Management student at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University (ASU) in the United States, with an anticipated graduation date of 2022. He transferred to Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in the 3+1+1 format as a MasterCard Foundation Scholar. Jonas participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1b and attended the 2020 X-Culture Global Symposium which was held online.

Laiba is an ambitious A’levels students currently studying law, media and business. She first participated in x-culture program in 2020 and was a member of the winning team. Other than that she is also publishing her first ever novel by Jan 2021.

M Divya is currently a Masters student attending the Ramachandran International Institute of Management in Maharashtra, Pune with an anticipated graduation date of 2021. M Divya participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020.She recently attended the X-Culture Global Symposium virtually. Divya participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in 2020-1b, where her team was awarded a Best Team accolade. During her undergraduate and pursuing master years she has undergone various projects within live projects and talent management. Divya enjoys connecting with people of all ages and cultures and sharing value, personal knowledge and experience. In the near team Divya looks forward to expand her international network and lead international teams in global projects.

María-Fernanda is currently an International Business and Management student graduating in 2023 from Panamerican University in Mexico City. She participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in 2020-1b. María-Fernanda did an academic exchange in Canada and is currently working at an NGO whose main purpose is to develop leadership in youth through international volunteer and entrepreneurship exchanges. She believes the understanding of different cultural and community perspectives as well as creating awareness and adopting multifaceted approaches to learning is key for future generations, something X-Culture encourages and what María-Fernanda wants to transmit as a coach.

Martine van der Veen is a graduate from the University of Groningen (2016) holding two Master’s degrees. She currently works as a Business Analyst at a public organization in the Netherlands. Martine participated in X-Culture on a global virtual team in 2014-2b. She is a first-time coach. One of her favorite aspects of X-Culture is the ability to expand your international network and become part of a community that brings together people from across the world. Martine is excited to acquire practical skills and experiences on the coaching program.

Mike Amable is a senior year student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST, in Ghana with an anticipated graduation date of 2021. Mike participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1b, and the 2020 X-Culture Global Virtual Symposium. Currently, he is in the Coaching Program. As a coach, he is committed to guiding X-Culture students with insightful and technical knowledge leading to the best business reports and memorable cultural experience.

Monica is a final year student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana with an anticipated graduation date of 2020. Monica participated in X-Culture on a goabal team in the early 2029, she participated in the X-Culture goabal virtual symposium 2020. She’s new to the X-Culture Coaching Program. Monica is very interested in uniting with people from different backgrounds. The program’s ability to unite people from different backgrounds worn her interest and she proceeded to participate in the coaching program and looking forward to work in the future with the program. She is and ambitious future entrepreneur and business consultant

Prince Tandoh is pursuing a Bachelor’s in IB at GGC, in the U.S., graduating in Spring 2021. He participated in the X-Culture Project, 2020-1a edition to enhance his virtual collaboration research skills and cultural intelligence. Prince is an X-Culture Coaching Certification Program, 2020-2 trainee. He enjoys reading, research, and travelling.

Nicole Steiner is currently a student attending Vaughan Secondary School in Canada, with an anticipated graduation date of June 2022. Nicole participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in the first semester of 2020. She attended X-Culture’s online symposium. This will be Nicole’s first time coaching, she is looking forward to meeting new people and learning from this experience.

Owusu Silas is currently an undergraduate student attending Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana with an anticipated graduation date of 2021. Silas participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual teaming 2020 and is now new to the X-Culture Coaching Program. Silas is more passionate and ambitious about collaborating and solving real-life business problems with students from different culture perspectives.

René Bär is currently a student attending the Business University Eafit at Medellín in Colombia. Expected to be graduated by June, 2021. René participated in x-Culture on a Global virtual team in 2017. Is new to the program of coach program: The practical space provided by the program brings the real opportunity to experience what is like to be working on a multinational and René’s favorite aspect of X-Culture.

Sakshi Selot is a business manager at an Indian insurance company. She is an MBA graduate. Her journey with X-culture started in 2019-1b during her exchange semester in Canada. Besides being a creative marketer who loves working with cross-cultural teams, she likes volunteering for social causes.

Samyuktha Mandampully is currently a high school student attending Rao Junior College of Science in Mumbai, India, with an anticipated graduation date of June,2021. Samyuktha participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in the first semester of 2020. This is Samyuktha’s first time as a coach. She loves meeting and working with people from across the globe. Samyuktha is also a national level tennis player and her hobbies include swimming, chess, and trekking.

Susan is an MBA graduate anda Certified Public Accountant with twenty (20) years’ experience in various organisations including, manufacturing, healthcare and financial services industry. Susan is a transformational leader with wide experience of private equity in East Africa market.

Thulaganyo Simon is currently an undergraduate in the University of Botswana and will be graduating in October 2020. She participated in X-Culture global-virtual team in 2015. Thulaganyo is a first time coach and is looking forward to share her knowledge and experience with new X-culture participants. She enjoys working in teams and believes the best results can be achieved through effective collaboration.

Valtrina Cacaj, is currently attending Tafil Kasumaj High School with an anticipated graduation date of May, 2020. Valtrina participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2019-2b, where she showed outstanding skills. This year in 2020-2b program, Valtrina has participated as a coach. She loves interacting with people from different places and cultures and helping them from her experience to achieve big goals, but also learn new things.

Xander Minzenmay is currently a high school student attending Woodleigh in Australia with an anticipated graduation date of 2022. Xander participated in X-Culture on a global-virtual team in 2020-1, where his team was awarded a Best Team accolade. During his years at Highschool he has organised and run school events, being the leader year level. He has also had experience in running his own e-commerce clothing brand. Xander will help you to the best of his ability and will be more than happy to work with you.
