My name is Aylin Kaplan and I live in Hannover, Germany. I’m studying Business Administration (Bachelor of Science) and I will be graduated from Technical University Clausthal at the end of September. My next aim is to graduate RWTH Aachen in Innovationsmanagement, Entrepreneurship and Marketing (Master of Science). I ‘m really interested in other countries and their cultures. Therefore I took part in a seminar called “Intercultural Competence” and in that seminar I have learned many things about different cultures and presented my own culture. In September 2013 until June 2014 I was in Istanbul, Turkey and studied at the Marmara University as an Erasmus student. It was one of the best decisions in my life. Because of my cultural engagement I got a certification called CertIC (Certificate on Intercultural Competence). For me it is very important to improve myself. That’s why I participate different seminars like “Introduction to SAP ERP Using Global Bike Inc. Version 2.3” and of course the X-Culture Project. Last year I could not take part to the Symposium in Miami but this year I want to gain this experience. For me it was always hard to let my dreams become true. But with hard work and enough enthusiasm I have realized that I get what I deserve. Now I am looking for a sponsor who can help me to take a step forward. I appreciate every help I get.
