  • X-Culture Academy alumni with strong performance records
  • Individuals interested in coaching, leadership, and global virtual teamwork
  • Highly motivated participants committed to learning and mentoring others
If you participated in X-Culture as a university student but are interested in becoming an X-Culture Academy Coach (coaching participants under the age of 18), please contact us first at  academy@x-culture.org  before submitting your application. 

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coach and mentor global student consulting teams
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions
  • Provide structured feedback and evaluate team reports and presentations
  • Participate in webinars and coaching activities
  • Complete assessments, reflections, and training modules

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Phase 1: Theoretical Training (4 weeks)

  • Training modules, onboarding, coaching scenarios and AI training
  • Weekly meetings and assessments
  • Estimated 5–10 hours per week

Phase 2: Practical Coaching (15 weeks)

  • Active coaching of assigned student teams
  • Report scoring and feedback delivery
  • Webinar preparation and delivery
  • Estimated 5-15 hours per week
  • Total commitment: 60–150 hours

ELIGIBILITY & SELECTION

  • Limited number of coaches accepted each cycle
  • Preference given to X-Culture alumni with peer evaluation scores of 3.5 or higher
  • Strong performance in reports, surveys, and post-project feedback
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • Must pass Phase 1 (theoretical phase) to proceed to Phase 2 (practical phase)

PROGRAM FEE

Standard fee: $311 USD

Payment deadline: August 29, 2026

For coaches returning after successfully completing one semester as a coach, the fee is fully waived upon application approval.

The Administrative Assistantship Award provides financial support in exchange for additional administrative responsibilities within the program.

  • Administrative Assistantship Award: $111 USD total (requires 5 hours/week of additional administrative duties)
  • Administrative Duties: Weekly tasks assigned by program administrators
  • Requirements: Strong time management and communication skills required
  • Note: Limited number of spaces available
