The city combines a strong scientific and academic tradition with a long-established maritime and commercial orientation. Its geographic position and historical background contribute to an environment that supports international collaboration, cross-cultural interaction, and academic mobility, making it a coherent and appropriate host location for the X-Culture Global Symposium.
