2025-1 Best Teams
The Best Team Selection Process
A total of 5,832 students from 161 universities in 41 countries by country of study and 141 countries by country of origin on six continents participated in the project this semester. They worked in 1,121 global virtual teams, each team comprised of about 6 team members, each from a different country.
A total of 1,002 reports were submitted in the 2025-2 round of the X-Culture competition.
The reports were sent for evaluation to a large group of International Business experts, mainly International Business professors and coaches from around the world (180 people from 41 countries). Each report was independently evaluated by 3 to 7 experts along multiple dimensions, such as report creativity, clarity, the viability of the ideas, style, and evaluation of each report section. The experts also provided qualitative feedback.
Based on the expert evaluations, 102 teams received nearly perfect evaluations.
Next, a group of X-Culture coaches evaluated the 98 reports one more time, selecting the best one for each client company.
Accordingly, from the pool of 102 finalists this semester, 18 teams were selected as BEST TEAMS.
The complete list is provided below.
All members of Best Teams will receive Best Team certificates and be invited to the upcoming X-Culture Symposia and X-Culture Coaching Program.
The finalist reports can be downloaded here
